There are so many details that push
us and lead us that it's hard to pinpoint
where the first stone in a current path
is located. My life as of late has been
tugging me in the direction of energy.
Universal energy to be precise. My first
love interest in this was the study of
Reiki. To feel energy be moved in my
body was an incredible feeling. The experience
took energy from idea to reality. So
much so that I wish I could sit each
and every reader down long enough to
just feel that slight heartbeat type
feeling that is produced from just a
touch. One of the beauties of CEDS/EAV/EDS
(known by several names) or NAET is it's
tangibility. There are few who have cultivated
the ability to feel energy. CEDS makes
it visible to us. The screening process
shows us the flow and condition of our
energy, unlike many other healing processes.
We are energy! Everything is energy! Our thoughts are energy! We feel energy
knowingly or not in all our surroundings. In this knowledge it is a given that
if we are energy then certainly our health is energy as well. Energy needs to
flow, it is an inherent quality of energy.
When energy doesn't flow for any reason whatsoever it becomes stagnate. Stagnate
energy is unhealthy. It causes us discomfort at the very least.
It is our job as practitioners to locate where the energy that inherently wants
to flow is sitting still and why.
The "why" part of it is a sizable piece of a personal and sacred journey
that is but one stone along your current path. Paths are ever changing and this
is good. I urge you to take the plunge and take advantage of what CEDS can do
for you in taking charge of the direction through a desire to be well and succeed
in knowing who you are and who you wish to be on a daily basis along your path.For
those who aren't feeling well this may be an hourly or even minute to minute
basis and that is honored as well.
The message in my book is meant to encourage and enable you to take a step to
the next stone. It is my hope that I can inspire you to begin taking care of
yourself in a world that doesn't give that much press. The world in which we
all reside seems to send the message and perpetuate the myth that care of the
self is somehow selfish. I assure you, the meaning is lost in the materialistic
thought that somehow more and bigger is better. Bring your world back to a size
that fits you. It will be far grander than anything you can buy or own.
Use this as just one tool, and powerful one at that, to assist you in knowing
yourself, achieve balance, and after you do, let yourself shine and soar for
all the world to feel.
